The Henley Children’s Theatre proudly present their annual Pantomime, Beauty and the Beast.  It may be a tale as old as time, but there is nothing outdated about this production, and certainly not the cast of enthusiastic youngsters!   After 54 years of producing family Pantomimes, HCT have a winning recipe for all ages to enjoy. 

In this traditional story, we meet our book-loving heroine, Belle, who is the daughter of would-be inventor, Auguste Balls.  Prince Perfect is turned in to a Beast who must find someone to love him truly before an enchanted Rosalie loses all her petals.  The clock is ticking!  Can Inspector Clueless and the Rose Buddies help us to a happy ending? 

Filled with joyous moments and some fabulous tunes, this script, par excellence, regales a French fable with an ebullient cast of local children, aged 4-16 years, who will delight the audience with their joie-de-vivre (and questionable French accents)! 

HCT is a tradition itself; add festive Pantomime and voilà, your family, holiday fun is guaranteed.
