Tickets can be booked online from the Kenton website or by telephone or in person through the Box Office. Please note there will be no admittance to any show after curtain up. Please note programme is subject to change.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

All tickets must be paid for at time of booking. Cheques are no longer accepted as a method of payment.

Advertised Ticket prices include a £1 Restoration Levy, a 75p Booking Fee and a 25p Community Fund Levy. There is no surcharge for telephone or online purchases.

If tickets are collected from the Box Office in person, please arrive at least 30 minutes before curtain up.

Cancellations made by the Theatre will be reimbursed or can be credited for another booking. Cancellations made by the purchaser are not refundable.

CONCESSION TICKETS

From 5th January 2020, When applicable, concession tickets are available to Senior Citizens (65+), Children (3 – 18), Students, Kenton Friends and Kenton Keepers, Equity Members. A family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children. Concessions will not be available for all shows and where they exist may be withdrawn by management without notice. Only one concession can be applied to a ticket at any one time and proof of status is required.

GROUPS

Group rates are available for parties of 10 people and more. Group rates do not always apply to each price band or performance. Call for further information.

BABIES IN ARMS

Babes-in-Arms (children under 3 years old) are welcome for family specific performances but will require a free lap ticket which can be booked via the box office.

CHILDREN

Children aged 3 to 15 years require their own seat and ticket which will be at full price unless a children’s concession is available at the time of booking.Accompanying adults may be asked to remove children causing a disturbance. A number of child booster seats are available, however, buggies are discouraged due to limited foyer space.
