Join our Volunteer Team!

Have you ever thought about becoming involved at the theatre? As a charity, we depend upon our volunteers to keep the shows coming and the theatre alive. We are fortunate to have people who are happy to donate their time to help us provide music, comedy, drama and much more to the town – but we can always use more help.
Volunteering with the Kenton is a great way to gain insight into how a theatre operates – from Front of House to lighting and sound. Duties revolve around being an usher, helping with the bar or box office, but there are also opportunities to get involved with the admin and technical side.
As a volunteer you will be an integral part of the Kenton, helping to provide an invaluable service to our audiences and ensure that every trip to the theatre is a memorable experience.
The time committed and frequency are entirely flexible, making volunteering with us really easy to fit into your life! Join the team, learn new skills, and bring your natural talent with you!
Please click on the link below to complete our registration form, and we will contact you to arrange your induction and training.

Become a Member

Would you like to become a member of the Kenton Theatre (Henley-on-Thames) Management Society Limited and be part of the future of the theatre?
The Kenton is looking to expand its membership and have greater audience representation. Becoming a member is free and gives you a voice in the running and the future of the theatre. KTMS is run by a Board of trustees who control the charity, its property and funds.
The charity must maintain a register of members who are there to further the Objects of the Charity and are responsible for selecting trustees at the AGM at which all members are eligible to vote. A member may also wish to consider standing as a trustee when a space becomes available on the Board.
If you would like to apply for membership or have any questions, please contact the Secretary at

secretary@kentontheatre.co.uk

Once your completed membership application has been received, the request for membership will be presented at the next Board of trustees meeting for acceptance.
