John Etheridge is a jazz legend. Today he tours in a duo with classical guitarist John Williams, but his career straddles many genres. In the 1970s, he played with Stephane Grappelli for five years and was a mainstay of Soft Machine. He is currently in Nigel Kennedy’s group and The Zappatistas, as well as leading Sweet Chorus.
Pete Oxley is an Oxford legend and founder of the award-winning Spin Jazz Club. He is a jazz composer of note; he is the leader of many bands, and a leading maker of violin bows, supplying many of the world’s legendary virtuosi.
