Blake’s Heaven Big Band Featuring Fleur Stevenson

Blake’s Heaven Big Band is the 21st century 17-piece modern Big Band ensemble delivering funk, pop, jazz and swing styles influenced from all genres of music. Our repertoire ranges from classic big band to fun cartoon, TV and film themes and popular time-honoured hits from the 60s through to the 90s and beyond plus a choice assortment of original offerings.

Teamed up with Nick Blake (also sax player with Geno Washington and the Ram Jam Band who has graced the Kenton stage more than once!) his Blake’s Heaven Big Band is proud to feature one the UK’s finest jazz vocalist, Fleur Stevenson with her gifted honeyed tone, wonderful offbeat sense of humour and charismatic stage presence, Fleur will warm you heart and make you beam from cheek to cheek!

Fleur performs with many of the UKs top musicians including, Gareth Williams. Art Themen, Pete Billington, Frank Harrison, Dave Newton, Clark Tracey and Bradon Allen to name a few. She performs across the the UK and notably at the legendary Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, 606 Jazz Club and Pizza Express Jazz Club, Soho London.
